Langley Homes was founded in 1985 with a vision to build high-quality, custom homes in Central Texas. What began as a small family venture has grown into a well-respected company known for its dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services and developed a reputation for excellence.
Our founders, Ricky and Ann Langley, were driven by a passion for building and a desire to create homes that truly reflect the needs and dreams of our clients. Ricky Langley
Ricky Langley, co-founder of Langley Homes, Inc., is a seasoned homebuilder with a passion for crafting quality homes that exceed client expectations. With over 38 years of experience and a strong foundation in carpentry, Ricky has led the company in delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in Central Texas. Ricky’s commitment to continuous education through seminars at Texas A&M University and the Texas Association of Builders ensures he remains at the forefront of the building industry trends. With a portfolio that includes hundreds of homes, USDA Rural Development projects, and over 38 years of construction experience, Ricky’s proven track record stands as a testament to his success and dedication to excellence in homebuilding. Ricky enjoys being involved in his local community, where he builds. He currently is serving on several boards around Burnet; Economic Development Corporation, Hill Country Community Foundation, Community Coalition, and City Finance Committee. He is proudly serving on his local City Council for a second term. Prior to being elected to city council, he served on the City of Burnet Planning and Zoning Commission.
Wade Langley
Wade Langley, Vice President of Langley Homes, brings a wealth of construction experience to the family business. With a BS degree from West Texas A&M University and hands-on experience growing up on construction sites, Wade honed his skills as a junior project manager at Galaxy Builders, managing multi-million-dollar apartment complexes. His expertise in development and civil construction along with proven leadership abilities make him a valuable asset to the Langley Homes team. Wade oversees pre-construction planning, field operations, and financial oversight, ensuring the successful delivery of every project.
Wade enjoys serving his community through various roles in non-profit organizations including the Hill County Children’s Advocacy Center, the Highland Lakes Health Fund, Burnet Community Coalition, Burnet Education Foundation, and the Burnet Chamber of Commerce.
Ann Langley
Ann Langley is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate expert who co-founded Langley Homes, Inc. in 1985. As the financial mastermind behind the company, Ann manages all financial aspects of Langley Homes and ensures seamless operations with lenders, agents, and title offices. Ann's keen financial acumen and deep understanding of the local market have been instrumental in the success of Langley Homes. Her dedication to client satisfaction has been instrumental in building Langley Homes' reputation for excellence. In 2007, Ann expanded her expertise by establishing Langley Realty Group, leveraging her deep market knowledge to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Ann is involved in the client side of the home building process from start to finish, including managing warranty requests. When not immersed in business, Ann enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and staying active playing pickleball.
Paige Langley
Paige Langley, a proud Texas Tech graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration, serves as the Marketing Director for Langley Homes. With her fresh outlook and innovative approach, Paige is revolutionizing our marketing and social media efforts. Her keen attention to detail and creative vision are driving new design ideas and strategies, ensuring that Langley Homes continues to stand out in the construction industry. Despite being new to the field, Paige’s enthusiasm and forward-thinking mindset are making a significant impact, bringing vibrant energy and modern ideas to our team.
